tenants or key holder details
The inspection will be conducted using professional equipment, and all data will be recorded to form the basis of the written report provided to the paying party. A successful report does not imply or require the local building consent authority to issue Codes of Compliance, Certificates of Acceptance or any other consent requirement a BCA may be requiring from the building owner. The report is based on matters which were observed or came to the attention of the inspector during the day of the assessment and should not be relied upon as an exhaustive record of all possible risks or hazards that may exist, or potential improvements that can be made. The request to inspect the building is made with a full understanding, that best effort will be made to discover all elements of concern, but the requester will indemnify Building Science from any claims made, for issues they were unable to discover, due to weather, access issues, or that faults were not presenting at time of inspection.
